Abstract
PURPOSE:To prepare a carcinostatic substance by the cultivation of fungi belonging to Candida genus. CONSTITUTION:The cultured cells of Candida albicans are washed with physiological saline water, and the cell membrane is disintegrated by repeating the freezing with liquid nitrogen and the spontaneous thawing several times. The whole components in the microbial cell obtained by removing the cell membrane from the above product is used as the carcinostatic substance.
