考案によるガン発振器のバイアス回路の一実施例めブロ
ック図、第５図は本考案の回路のバイアス電圧の立上り
を示す図である。 図中、１は第１の定電圧発生回路、２は電流増幅回路、
３はガン発振器、４は第２の定電圧発生−回路、５は第
１の入力端子ＩＮ　ｉと第２の入力端子ＩＮ２、及び出
力端子−０ＵＴを持つ切換スイッチ　　　　゛である。 なお、図中、同一あるいは相当部分には同一符号を付し
て示しである。

  1. 第１９定電圧発生回路と、上記第１の定電圧発生回路！
    日東１の入力端子が接続した切換スイッチと、上記切換
    スイッチの第２の入力端子に接続した第２の定電圧回路
    と、上記切換スイッチの出力繊子に接続した電流増幅回
    路を持つことを特徴とするガン発振器のバイアス回路。
