機２５、棚２７等からなる。ここに、ミキサー２１はオ
ガクズ、米ぬか等を攪拌して茸類の培地を作るもの、又
、殺菌釜２３はかかる培地を殺菌処理するもの、更に、
詰め機２５は殺菌処理した培地をポットに詰めるもので
ある。ポットに詰められた培地には菌が接種される。そ
して、この菌はポット内において培養および発芽させら
れる。なお、２９は排気煙突であり、地下室１３の窓１
７ｂから屋外に向かって設置されている。この煙突２９
