[Detailed description of the invention] The original F! ! A#i, for example, rag dolls, cushions, cushions, etc., have a soft feel and impact resistance, and when pressed, in a free state when the force is released, they recover to a predetermined three-dimensional shape and maintain that shape. This is a method for manufacturing a three-dimensional bag-like product that has shape-retaining properties. Specifically, it involves filling the internal space of a flexible bag-like exterior body with a cotton-like shaping material that is rich in flexibility and elastic recovery. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a three-dimensional bag-like product, in which the bag-like exterior package is expanded and shaped into a predetermined three-dimensional product.

The conventional manufacturing method for this type of product is to manually insert a shaping material into the internal space of the bag-like exterior body during its manufacture, and then insert the opening into a zipper or sewing device. However, in this conventional method, the entire manufacturing process from making the bag-like exterior body to filling the shaping material and closing the shaping material insertion port was carried out in a single step. This originates from a fixed idea on the manufacturer's side that the products should be sold at the factory, etc. of There was an unnecessary bulk in transporting the product to other locations, and as a result, the logistics cost became extremely high, which was reflected in the product cost, which was a major drawback. In addition, in the past, shaping materials were filled manually, which required a great deal of manufacturing time, which not only added to the product cost, but also made it difficult to make the filling density uniform, resulting in the product losing its shape. It also had the disadvantage of easily causing deformation and deformation.

In view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to propose a method that can overcome the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks by fundamentally modifying the method of filling the shaping material.

In order to achieve the above object, the method for producing a three-dimensional bag-like product according to the present invention includes forming the bag-like exterior body into a finished product with valves for filling the shaping material installed at required locations, and then manufacturing the three-dimensional bag-like product. The present invention is characterized by the fact that it is contained inside a bag-like exterior body, and as a result of this, the present invention has been able to produce young fruits with the following remarkable effects.

In other words, by adopting a press-in filling means using air pressure as a filling means for the cotton-like shaping material, the bag-like exterior body to be filled with the shaping material is equipped with valves for filling the shaping material at the required locations. As long as this is done, the shaping material can be filled easily and quickly whenever and wherever necessary. Therefore, if you want to sell a product in a remote location, all you need to do is install filling equipment at the desired sales destination (for example, a regional distributor, etc.), and then the above-mentioned valve can be installed at a manufacturing factory for bag-shaped exterior packaging. We mass-produce the attached deaf parts as finished products, stack them in large quantities as shown in the diagram, and transport them in a compact, non-bulky state.
By filling the product with shaping material and expanding and shaping it into a predetermined three-dimensional product at the customer's point of sale, a distribution system can be adopted, making it possible to significantly reduce logistics costs, resulting in a significant reduction in product costs compared to conventional methods. This is how you get the picture. Moreover, since the shaping material is cotton-like and press-fitted, no matter what form of bag-shaped product, every corner of the internal space can be rapidly filled to a uniform density. This made it possible to obtain a product with a high shape-retaining effect.

At this time, the air is extracted to the outside from the mesh of the fabric that is the constituent material of the bag-shaped exterior body (11), so that it is uniformly densely distributed to every corner of the shaping material (ri if - exterior body 0). This results in rapid filling and expansion and shaping into a predetermined three-dimensional product.
