    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 内燃エンジンのシリンダヘッドの上面室を覆うシリンダ
    ヘッドカバーに、ブローバイガスの気液分離を行うケー
    スを設け、該ケース内に多孔質フィルタを垂直に配設し
    、該フィルタの下端側に該フィルタにより補集されたオ
    イルを一時貯えるオイル溜りを設け、更に該オイル溜り
    内のオイルをクランクケース内に還元させるために該ク
    ランクケース内に開口するオイル戻し通路を形成すると
    共に、該オイ、ル戻し通路の長さを、該通路内のオイル
    の自重がクランクケース内圧よりも大きくなるように設
    定することを特徴とするオイルセパレータ。
