Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. １つのダイオードを構成する所定数のダイオード素子を
    略平行な複数のダイオード素子列に分列配置し、各ダイ
    オード素子列を結合電極によって電気的に直列に接続し
    て両端部の電極よりそれぞれリードを引き出し、全体を
    絶縁材料にてモールドして一体化したことを特徴とする
    高圧トランス用ダイオード。
