角度検出手段、６は演算手段、１２は処理部、１３は取

体の進行方向と前記ドツプラレーダのアンテナビーム方
向との成す角度を検出する角度検出手段と、該角度径検
出手段と前記ドツプラレーダからのビート信号とに基づ
いて前記移動体の速度を演算する演算手段とを備えたこ
