  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 自動車駆動用エンジンの排気通路にバルブを設け、この
    バルブを閉じることによりそのエンジンを圧縮機として
    機能させて自動車を制御する排気ブレーキ装置において
    、 自動車の積載荷重の一定境界値に対する上下に応じてオ
    ン・オフ作動する荷重感知スイッチと、その荷重感知ス
    イッチの出力信号に基づいて作動するソレノイドを含み
    、積載荷重が前記境界値より小さい状態においては前記
    バルブが一定限度以上閉じるより小さい状態においては
    前記バルブ“　が一定限度以上閉じることを阻止するス
    トッパ装置と を設けたことを特徴とする自動車用排気ブレーキ装置。
