Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 複数の碍子を所定間隔て保持する枠部材と、同碍子を通
    してコイル状のヒータを蛇行状に保持してｄるヒータユ
    ニットにおいて、前記碍子のヒーター貫通穴を屈曲せし
    めヒータに対して少なくとも１箇所の接触部を設けるよ
    うにしたことを特徴とするヒータユニット。
