Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ヒーター線２を入れた石英管１を有し、石英管１の端部
    に耐熱円板１４を介して円筒状の碍子４と、この碍子４
    の外側にターミナル板１１を設け、該ヒーター線２の端
    末部を碍子４及び碍子４に固定したターミナル板１１を
    貫通して外部に引出し、ヒーター線２をターミナル板１
    １に固定接続したことを特徴とするヒーター線取付構造
    。
