Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 1)搬送方向上流側および下流側それぞれに配設された
回出部位間においてシート材を搬送面上に載lしかつ搬
送動作中に、前記シート材を前記搬送面に保持する手段
を有する搬送装置において、前記シート材の前記下流側
回出部位への到達に応答して、前記保持手段のシート材
保持機能を解除するよう構成することを特徴とする搬送
装置。 2)少なくとも前記搬送面の下流側に後続して前記シー
ト材の通過を検出して検知情報を提供する手段と、前記
検知情報に応答して前記保持手段の保持機能を解除する
制御手段を含む特許請求の範囲第1項記載の搬送装置。 3)前記上流側送出部位が画像転写装置、および前記ド
流側送山部位が画像定着装置であり、かつ前記シート材
が画像転写材である特許請求の範囲第1項記載の搬送装
置。 4)前記定着装置の送出速度を前記搬送装置の搬送速度
よりも大とする特許請求の範囲第3項記載の搬送装置。

A conveying device according to claim 1. 3) The conveyance device according to claim 1, wherein the upstream delivery section is an image transfer device, the downstream delivery section is an image fixing device, and the sheet material is an image transfer material. 4) The conveyance device according to claim 3, wherein the feed speed of the fixing device is higher than the conveyance speed of the conveyance device.
