てもシリンダ及びロータリーアクチュエーターにより前
後、左右の移動及び回転を自在に形成し、又、ハウジン
グ固定具を挟持する案内具に案内輪を設けてケースの蓋
閉じを行なわせるように構成し、これらの作動をスイッ
チのオンオフ操作により自動的に行なわせるようにして

Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 (11固定板に対し、左右移動自在に装着され、内部に
電線把持具及び上下動自在の端子把持具を夫々具備した
外枠をコネクタハウジングに対向させ、該電線把持具に
装着された電線把持爪及び該端子把持具に装着された端
子把持爪により電線付端子の電線及び端子を夫々把持さ
せた後、該外枠を前記コネクタハウジングに接近させ、
該端子先端が該コネクタハウジングの端子収容室内に近
接又は位置した時、該端子把持爪が開くと共に該端子把
持爪を上昇させ、次いで電線を把持した電線把持爪を該
コネクタハウジングに接近させて電線付端子を該コネク
タハウジングの端子収容室内に係止させることを特徴と
する電線付端子のコネクタハウジングへの挿入方法。 (2)固定板に対し、左右移動自在に装着され、内部に
電線把持具及び上下動自在の端子把持具を夫々具備した
外枠を固定されたコネクタハウジングに対向させ、該電
線把持具に装着された電線把持爪及び該端子把持具に装
着された端子把持爪により電線付端子の電線及び端子を
夫々把持させた後、該外枠を前記コネクタハウジングに
接近させ、該端子先端が該コネクタハウジングの端子収
容室内に近接又は位置した時、該端子把瞳爪が開くと共
に該端子把持爪を上昇させ、次いで電線を把持した電線
把持爪を該コネクタハウジングに接近させて電線付端子
を該コネクタハウジングの端子収容室内に係止さセ、係
止終了後、前記外枠を固定された該端子収容室に対し1
ピツチ宛移動させ順次電線付端子を該端子収容室内に挿
入係止させることを特徴とする電線付端子のコネクタハ
ウジングへの挿入方法。 (3)固定板に対し、左右移動自在に装着された外枠の
内部に電線把持具及び上下動自在に嵌着された端子把持
具を夫々設けると共に、該電線把持具及び該端子把持具
の下端に夫々開閉動自在の電線把持爪及び端子把持爪を
設け、前記外枠を前後動及び上下動自在に移動台に装着
したことを特徴とする電線付端子のコネクタハウジング
への挿入装置。
