Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate breakage of a punching punch, and disadvantage and an inconvenience of its life and economical properties, etc. by manufacturing separately a punch part and a shaft part, and providing as one body other part than an edge of the punch part, on a fitting part provided on the shaft part. CONSTITUTION:When installing a punch part (a) and a shaft part (b) which are constituted separately, they are provided on the surface of fitting parts 1, 1 through an adhesive material 3 or by means of brazing, etc., because the shaft part (b) is embraced in by two members. Also, when the punch part (a) is like a rod, the fitting part 1 of the shaft part (b) is formed in a shape of a fitting hole, both (a), (b) are provided by a frictional force, and the base part of the shaft part (b) is fitted and placed onto a holder 6 through an adhesive agent 3, etc. Accordingly, even if the punch part (a) is damaged, it can be reused by changing the punch part. Also, an opening part 5 of inverted R is provided on the punch fitting parts of the shaft part (b), and a punching punch itself is made to have a soft structure function, so that the edge is not broken easily by avoiding the concentration of stress.

In view of this, the present invention is characterized in that the punch part and the detail are constructed separately, and both are integrally arranged at the attachment part provided on the shaft part through the remaining part other than the cutting edge part. By presenting a punch which is characterized in that the attachment part of the punch part provided in the detail of the separate structure is configured as an inverted opening, the above-mentioned existing punch can be improved. The present invention relates to an epoch-making punch that can solve and eliminate various disadvantages and disadvantages of punches at once.

First, as can be seen in the vertical cross-sectional views of one embodiment of the plate-shaped and bar-shaped punches shown in FIG. 1 and 3 in FIG. Then, attach the remaining parts of the punch part a other than the cutting edge part to the attachment part provided on the shaft part with or without using an adhesive 3 or the like so that the centers of the two parts come together. A punch is constructed by disposing the punch in a punch. Further, the opening j of the punch portion & attachment portion/of the separate shaft portion is configured to have a particularly large inverted radius.

The punch part a is made of cemented carbide, ceramics, mold tool steel, or other mold material, and the shaft part is made of spring #1.
Of course, each of them can be configured with 4 or more. Furthermore, the attachment of the punch part a and the shaft part, which are constructed separately, is as shown in FIG. Therefore, to sandwich the plate-shaped punch part a between these two members, either install it on one side of the mounting part with an appropriate adhesive 3, or use brazing, etc. 3 in Figure 1.
As shown in FIG. It is preferable to fit only the outer periphery of the base into the holder B via an appropriate adhesive 3 or the like. In addition to FIG. 2B, FIG. 3 also shows O in FIG.
D, F! In addition, each figure in 7 shows an example of an embodiment of an irregularly shaped punch, that is, 0 is a triangular shape, D is a square shape, l is an elliptical shape, and 1 is an example of an embodiment of an irregularly shaped punch such as a sideways T-shape. FIG.

As described above, the punching punch of the present invention has a punch part and a shaft part each constructed separately, and both are integrally mounted on a mounting part provided on the shaft part through the remaining part other than the cutting edge part. As a result, the punch is configured by a replaceable combination of two parts, the so-called punch part and the shaft part, so that even if the punch part is broken or damaged, it can be repeated by replacing only the punch part. It can be used to fully realize the economic effect of reducing manufacturing costs, and the shape of the punch part and details are simplified, and the dimensions and materials can be made uniform, making maintenance and inventory easier. management is very effective. In addition, in the present invention, since the punch part and the shaft part are constructed as separate bodies, it is possible to easily and accurately construct various irregularly shaped punches such as those shown in FIG. It can exhibit extremely useful features such as being able to satisfy the demands of the increasing diversification of the world.

Furthermore, in the present invention, the attachment part of the punch part provided on the shaft part of the separate IS structure is formed into an inverted R opening.
The punch itself has a flexible structure function due to the special inverted opening in the so-called shaft part and the separately configured punch part, so by obtaining sufficient stress concentration in the center, the punch The cutting edge of the conventional punch not only has a long service life because the cutting edge has a resistance to breakage of <-1, but in addition to the above-mentioned features, it is also possible to slit at a rate of 0.4% or less (in reality, QJ% or lower). This is a landmark invention that was able to present a very useful and convenient punch that had never been seen before.
