    蓋体とを備え、 上記蓋体は、円形の内周縁を有する外枠と、この外枠内
    において回転自在に設けられ円形の外周縁を有する回転
    体と、上記外枠の内周縁および上記回転体の外周縁の間
    に挾持された回転軸を上面中央に有するとともに環状の
    クリーニング面を下面に有して上記回転体の回転ととも
    に回転体の周囲を公転しながら自転するクリーニング盤
    とを備えたことを特徴とするディスククリーナ。
