る抵抗変化が前記ノズル先端とフラッパ部材との間隙部
と異なる特性を持つ絞り部を通してパイロット油を前記
制御油室内へ導入し、前記間隙部を通してボディ外へ流
出させるパイロット油路を設け、前記制御油室に作用す
るパイロット油圧によって前記スプールを前記スプリン
グあるいは油圧による付勢力に抗して押圧させるように
したことを特徴とする温度補償付流量制御弁。
