    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. エンジンブレーキ作動時に、排気通路を閉じるための常
    開弁と、エンジンの圧縮工程上死点近傍において開成し
    て燃焼室内の圧縮空気を前記排気通路を通じて流出させ
    るための常閉弁とを備えたエンジンブレーキ装置であっ
    て、前記常閉弁の開弁終期をエンジンの排気〒捏上死点
    近傍まで延長するための常閉弁開閉制御手段を備えたエ
    ンジンブレーキ装置。
