Abstract

PURPOSE:To ensure the smooth drive of a magnetic tape with reduction of noises for a magnetic erasion head by using a molded material having the sheet resistance smaller than the prescribed value and added with carbon fibers and carbon black as an antistatic agent to unify the tape rubbing side of a magnetic head with a case. CONSTITUTION:An antistatic agent of carbon fibers and carbon black as well as an inorganic filler such as alumina, CaCO3, etc. are added to a binder such as nylon, ABS, etc. to obtain a molded material having the sheet resistance value set at <=10<10>OMEGA/cm<2>.
