Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 両端面より引出導体を導出した第１および第２のコンデ
    ンサユニットと、両ユニットの間に挾み込まれかつ両ユ
    ニットのそれぞれ高圧側の引出導体に接続された第１の
    導体板と、両ユニットの側面から挾むように配置されか
    つ両ユニットのそれぞれ低圧側の引出導体に接続された
    第２の導体板と、上記第１の導体板に一端が電気的に接
    続されカッ上記コンデンサユニットの両端面に対向して
    配置された第４および第５の導体板と、該第４および第
    ５の導体板の他端に電気的に接続されかつ第４および第
    ５の導体板に対向するように配置された第６の導体板と
    、該第６の導体板と対向して配置されかつ第２の導体板
    に電気的に接続された第７の導体板とを具備し、該第６
    の導体板と第７の導体板により、コンデンサユニットの
    両端面側で対称的に平行平板形低インダクタンス導電路
    を構成したことを特徴とする低インダクタンスコンデン
    サ。
