排気ガス通路を形成すると共に、第1及び第2排気ガス
通路内に夫々別個のアクチュエータによpて各独立に開
閉される第1及び第2の弁装置を設け、エンジンの低速
高負荷時には、上記流量特性が小さい方の第2排気ガス
通路に設けられた第2の弁装置を開くと共に第1排気ガ
ス通路内の第1弁装置を閉じ、エンジンの中速高負荷時
には、第1弁装置を開くと共に第2弁装置を閉じ、又エ
ンジンの高速高負荷時及びエンジン9回転速度如何に抱
わらず低負荷時には、第1及び第2弁装置を開き、更に
エンジンブレーキ時に上記第1及び第2弁装置を閉じる
ように構成したことを特徴とする可変容量ターボチャー
