Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体レーザ素子と、該半導体レーザ素子から拡散射出
    ビームをコリメートするコリメータレンズとを有する半
    導体レーザ装置において、前記コリメータレンズを一対
    の凹レンズと凸レンズによって構成し、その凹レンズを
    前記半導体レーザ素子を保護する円筒状保護部材のレー
    ザビーム射出用窓孔の内側に直接固定すると共に、凸レ
    ンズをリング状支持部材に固定し、該支持部材を前記保
    護部材のレーザビーム射出用窓孔の外側に該保護部材の
    円筒軸方向及び径方向に若干のクリアランスを設けて嵌
    合させたことを特徴とする半導体レーザ装置。
