電計において、所定周波数で点滅する発光素子と、前記
発光素子の点灯時に外乱光と測定光とを受光し、かつ前
記発光素子の消灯時に外乱光のみを受光する光電変換素
子と、前記発光素子の点滅周波数に同期し、前記発光素
子の点灯時のみ通過させる回路と、同じく発光素予め消
灯時の信号のみを通過させる回路とを設け、前記２つの
回路の信号を受けて前記２つの信号のうちの消灯時の信
号を反転させて増幅させる差動増幅器と、前記差動増幅
回路の出力を平滑し、外乱光を除去した信号を得る平滑
