御弁とを接続する一対の油路間に、ブームシリンダ制御
弁が中立位置で且つ作業部シリンダ制御弁が下方側回動
操作位置の時に作業部シリンダの一方の油室からの戻り
油を他方の油室に供給する供給油路を備えた点にある。
