Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of falling-down noise generated by overflow water, by a method wherein the one end of a rigid plate, having so sufficient rigidity that it can not be folded, and plural holes, is secured to a cover forming a portion on the downstream side of a weir. CONSTITUTION:The one end of a rigid plate 2, such as steel cord-reinforced rubber plate or steel plate, having so sufficient rigidity that it is unfoldable, is secured to a spot in the vicinity of a part 6 which is folded in two parts when a cover 1 made of a flexible film turns down. This, since overflow water flows in through holes 12 and flows out between the rigid plate 2 and a river-bed part 9, causes water to gather at the lower part of the rigid plate 2 to reduce bending of the rigid plate 2 and form a slope surface with a slow gradient, resulting in the reduction of the generation of noise.

製包被(袋状体)、(4)は包被に連通ずる注排気(水
)管、(7)は膨張媒体例えば空気又は水、(8)は越
流水、(9)は河床部を示し、包被は膨張媒体を送り膨
張起立させ或いは膨張媒体を排出し収縮倒伏させること
が出来る(例えは特公昭40−11702号、特公昭4
4−2371号参照)。

剛性大なる板(2)例えばスチールコート入すのゴム板
、耐食性の鋼板等の一端を固定しておく、他端は堰起立
時にこの固定部がら下流側へ、板(2)によって形成さ
れる斜面が緩勾配となるように延長して河床に固定する
ことなく放つ。この板(2)は河川流れを横断する方向
全長又は一部に設け、包被膜(1)への固定は接着等適
当手段による。(5)はこの固定手段である。

流体を送入し膨張、起立させ、又包被内部から膨張媒体
たる流体を排出し収縮、倒伏させるようにした堰に於い
て、堰体膨張時の堰体の下流側となる河川流れを横断す
る方向全長又は一部にわたり包被に折りたたみ得ない程
度の剛性の板の一端を予め接続固定し置き、堰体膨張時
閉性の板の接続固定していない他端側は越流水の落下点
より下流側に延長して放ち、他方上記剛板にはその下側
に水が流入出来るように予め孔を設けて置くことにより
剛性の板が越流水圧によってたわむことを防ぎ剛性の板
によって堰体の下流側に越流水がその上を流れる緩勾配
の斜面を形成し、越流水による騒音や堰体の振動を防止
、低減させるようにしたことを特徴とする可撓性膜製起
伏堰。
