軸方向に延びる貫通孔を穿ち、該貫通孔の一端を二次圧
側に他端をベントロにそれぞれ連通ずると共に、ダイヤ
フラムと前記弁棒とを接離自在に当接させ、両者の当接
面を封塞する密封部材をダイヤフラムに配設したことを
