の説明図、第３図は本考案の流量制御弁の特性図、第４
図は本考案の一実施例を示す断面図、第５図はその応用
例を示す内燃機関の構成図である。 図中、１は本体、２は流入導管部、３は流出導管部、４
は第１の可動部、５は第１の復帰バネ、６は第１のコイ
ル、３４は第２の可動部、・３５は第２の復帰バネ、３
６は第２のコイルである。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 外部からの信号により制御される第１のコイルと、該コ
    イルに発生する磁界および第１の復帰バネの弾性によっ
    て互いに逆方向に駆動される第１の可動部とを有して、
    該可動部の位置により開弁量を全閉から全開までリニア
    に制御可能な流量制御弁において、外部からの信号によ
    り制御される第２のコイルと、該第２のコイルに発生す
    る磁界および第２の復帰バネの弾性によって互いに逆方
    向に駆動される第２の可動部とを設け、該第２のコイル
    への非通電時には、該第２の復帰バネによって該第２の
    可動部を該第１の可動部に衝合させ、そして該第１の可
    動部の可動範囲を全開と非全閉位置の間に制限するよう
    にしてなることを特徴とする流量制御弁。
