Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）作業装置と、トルクコンバータおよびクララ、　
    　　　チを有する走行装置と、を同一の原動機で駆動す
    る車両において、 ブレーキ装置を作動させるための作動流体を給排するブ
    レーキ弁と動力伝達を断続するクラッチ装置の制御を行
    なうコントロールバルブとの間に、制動状態にあるブレ
    ーキ弁からの作動流体の一部を、所定値以上にアクセル
    ペダルが踏み込まれたときに前記コントロールバルブ９
    パイロツト部に供給して、このコントロールバルブを介
    してクラッチを離脱させる給排弁を設けたことを特徴と
    する建設土木作業車における動力伝達制御装置。
  2. （２）前記給排弁は空気弁であることを特徴とする実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の建設土木作業車におけ
    る動力伝達制御装置。
  3. （３）前記給排弁は、リミットスイッチからの信号を受
    けて作動する電磁弁であることを特徴とする実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項記載の建設土木作業車における動力
    伝達制御装置。
