    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 走行変速用操作具１３を走行制動用操作具１５によって
    変速中立位置Ｎに復帰操作可能に設けると共に、制動作
    用状態がわへ付勢された走行用制動装置２０．２１を制
    動解除状態に操作維持する機構２２．２７を、前記走行
    変速用操作具１３が変速中立位置以外にある時にのみ作
    用状態に維持させるように、自動的に作用状態と非作用
    状態とに切換可能に設けであることを特徴とする作業車
    。
