One way to save energy in buildings is to use external insulation construction. However, installing a heat insulating layer on the outside air side of a building brings with it many problems with construction methods such as finishing materials and connection with the frame, and these tend to lead to increased costs, so compared to internal insulation, it is less expensive. Not popular. In other words, the conventional external insulation construction method is shown in Fig. 1, and Fig. 8 shows the surface of the heat insulating material 3 pasted on one side of the building frame via adhesive 2 with mortar finish (or noncombustible material such as slate or metal). The structure is finished with a covering layer 4 having a thickness of 3 m or more, and the covering layer 4 is connected and supported by a fixing member 5 extending from the frame 1.

Figure b shows the surface of the heat insulating material 30 subjected to a thin film finish 7 such as spraying or painting. In FIG. 0, the supporting material 8 is extended from the surface of the heat insulating material 3 to a predetermined amount of light, and an air layer 14 is formed between it and the finishing panel 9.

As is clear from the above, when attempting to completely coat the heat insulating material, it is troublesome to attach it to the building frame. However, with the development of modern insulation materials and finishing materials, external insulation construction methods are being reconsidered.

The present invention was developed in view of these circumstances, and its gist is to apply a ceramic coating to a cellular ceramic insulation material, cellular concrete insulation material, etc., and to integrate the coating treatment of the insulation material with the side frame. The point is that this can be achieved without any need for it, and that it can be implanted into various base materials.

以下、これを図に基づいて詳細に説明する。This will be explained in detail below based on the drawings.

Figure 2 shows a case in which a new type of exterior insulation material is provided by compositely combining cellular ceramic insulation material, foamed concrete insulation material, etc., thin concrete precast formwork reinforced with prefabricated steel reinforcement, and ceramic coating. All you have to do is pour the ceramic-coated insulation material 11 into a thin concrete precast formwork 12 reinforced with reinforced steel, and then take it to the construction site, set it up, and pour concrete. This will complete the exterior with external heat insulation function. 13 in the figure is a glass coating that is suitable to be applied on the ceramic coating IO. As the thermal spraying method, any one of gas spraying, arc spraying, plasma spraying, etc., which have already been developed in the ceramic field, may be used.

Also, depending on the circumstances of the application, a coating layer other than ceramic may be required, and ceramic coating l.
A zinc coating layer is interposed between the O and the heat insulating material 11, or a glass coating 13 is applied as described above, but both are applied by thermal spraying, and the significance of the former is that the ceramic lO is directly applied to the ceramic lO. Thermal spraying is used because of thermal and adhesive problems, and the purpose of the latter is mainly to prevent water permeation. The heat insulating materials that may be used must have excellent fire resistance, dimensional stability, elasticity, etc., and include foamed ceramic heat insulating materials, foamed concrete heat insulating materials, and the like. The example shown in FIG. 2 is generally intended for SRC construction, but it can also be applied to RC construction by using an erection jig, and S construction by using it as a curtain wall. In addition, although not shown in the drawings, in the present invention, a ceramic-coated heat-insulating pre-cast plate is made into an external heat-insulating pre-cast plate.
It can also be poured into fiber-reinforced concrete panels to create externally insulated fiber-reinforced concrete panels.

11) Construction period can be shortened. 1 111) When a heat insulating material absorbs moisture, its performance drops dramatically, but the ceramic coating (glass-containing coating) can block water permeation, so there is no drop in heat insulation performance.
