Claims (6)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. (1)騒音及び振動を緩和する特性を持ち、且その図形
    軸線と回転軸線との間の整合を損わずに少(とも600
    0回/分の速度で回転出来る管状の駆動軸において、前
    記軸は8 X 106ポンド/インチ2またはそれ以下
    のヤング率を持ち、固形のレヂン基質内にある複数個の
    炭素繊維層の合成体を有し、前記繊維材料は重量比で少
    くとも20%の炭素繊維であり、旦夕くとも25X10
    6ポンド/インチ゛のヤング率を有する繊維材料が使用
    されたときには存在する繊維材料の重量比で10乃至2
    0%は前記軸の前記長手軸線に平行に置かれ、前記繊維
    材料の残部は前記軸の前記長手軸線のまわりに周縁方向
    とらせん方向とに置かれ、前記層の最内部及び最外部の
    繊維は前記軸の前記長手軸線に平行な線に85°乃至9
    0°の角度で前記軸の前2記軸線のまわりには\゛周縁
    方向に置かれ、前記円周方向に置かれた繊維は炭素繊維
    を含み、そして前記層の最内部と最外部との間の少くと

    3項のいづれか−っの項に記載の駆動軸において、炭素
    繊維以外の繊維材料を重量比で40乃至65%含んでい
    る駆動軸。
  5. (5)  実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項、第2項、第
    3項または第4項のいづれか一つの項に記載の駆動軸に
    おいて、前記最内部及び最外部の周縁層に存在する前記
    繊維は、前記軸の前記長手軸線に平行に置かれた繊維同
    様に炭素繊維であり、・そして前記らせん方向に置かれ
    た中間層に存在する前記繊維はガラス繊維である駆動軸
  6. (6)実用新案登録請求の範囲第5項記載の駆動軸にお
    いて、前記の最内部及び最外部の周縁層に存在する前記
    炭素繊維は前記軸の前記長手軸線に平行な線に87°の
    角度で前記軸の前記長手軸線のまわりに置かれ、そして
    前記中間層内に存在する前記ガラス繊維は前記軸の前記
    長手軸線に平行な線に45°の角度で前記長手軸線のま
    わりに置かれ、且次々の前記らせん層の各々の前記繊維
    はすぐ前の前記らせん層の前記繊維と90°の角度で交
    差している駆動軸。
