Abstract

CONSTITUTION:An adequate amount of the antistatic agent is added to fundamental constituting materials of a case body 10 which is formed into one body together with the tape sliding face, and static electricity due to friction for running of a magnetic tape is prevented. The case body 10 has 10<10>-10<13>[OMEGA/cm<2>] sheet resistivity value for the purpose of preventing electrification. (3-lauramidopropyl)trimethylammonium methyl sulfate stearamidopropyldimethyl-beta-hydroxyethylammonium nitrate, or the like is used as the antistatic agent.
