    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シートクッション部の前部下面に回動可能に取付けられ
    た前脚杆と、シートクッション部の後部にロック機構付
    きヒンジ装置を介して取付けられたシートバック部に一
    体状に形成された後脚杆とを、前後方向に延在配置され
    、かつ、前端が車両床面に回動可能に枢着された格納杆
    にそれぞれ回動可能に連結したことを特徴とする車両用
    の折りたたみ座席。
