Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate to convey and take out parts as well as to facilitate to switch machine types, by forming a conveying channel with an endless belt and a guide member removably mounted thereon and providing a temporary stand-by device at the position for taking out the parts from the conveying channel. CONSTITUTION:A belt 2 having a circular section is mounted on a base 1 through belt rollers 4 so as to form an endless rectangular shape. Containers 6 having a circular section and housing various parts therein are disposed on the belt 2 to be conveyed with the movement of the belt. When a container 6 reaches the position to take out the parts, the container is engaged and locked at a part thereof by the claw 5b of a temporary stand-by device 5a so as to be stopped there. A guide member 3 for guiding the containers is provided with an outer guide 3a, an inner guide 3b, a bottom receiver 3c, a forming plate 3d and a hand hold, which are formed integrally with resin. At the time of switching machine types, the guide member 3 can be lifted up, holding the hand hold, for taking out the guide member 3 together with a large number of containers 6 present therein from the base 1.

入替えなければならなかった。このため切替えに手間が
かかり、切替え時間の短縮に大きな支障をきたす欠点が
あった。

業者の操作によって出力される制御信号により爪5bに
よる係止が解除される。

部品とを脱着rjJ能としたことにより、機種切替え時
に、予め用意された新PA棟用の容器を入扛たガイド部
品に入替えるだけで、機種切替えが11能となり、機種
切替え時間f:著しく短縮できる。
