Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform filtration of pond water or cooling water conveniently by using a conveniently handleable filter medium having extremely small specific gravity. CONSTITUTION:Water in a water tank 4 is transported into a closed tank 1 by a pump 16 by opening a manual valve 19 and a feed water inlet valve 17. A floating filter medium 2 in the tank 1 is pushed up in a consolidated state, and the feed water is filtered by passing it through the filter medium 2 and is returned to the water tank 4 through a water collecting nozzle 3. Then, when the filter medium is clogged, the feed water inlet valve 17 is closed and the feed water in the tank 1 is stirred by a wind mill 5 to disperse the filter medium blocked by imprities and precipitate the impurities alone. Further, a water discharging valve 18 is opened and a certain amt. of water in the tank 1 is discharged, thus, heavy impurities alone are discharged through a water collecting pit 6. As the result, pond water or cooling water, etc. is filtered conveniently.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a filtration device used for filtering water from garden ponds and cooling water from cooling towers in buildings. The object is to provide a device that can easily filter pond water, cooling water, etc. using a material. Conventionally, F is used for cooling water in garden ponds and cooling towers.
As iMm, sand Fm machines and those using cassette type furnace material are well known, but since the sand of the 1F material in the sand filter is heavy, it is difficult to install it at a high place. Even if the system is sealed and installed in a low location, cleaning the IP material once requires a large amount of cleaning water and a large amount of power. Furthermore, the latter cassette type is difficult to clean and regenerate when the furnace material becomes clogged, and the furnace material is usually disposable, making it uneconomical. This invention uses an extremely lightweight furnace material to make it easy to clean and regenerate the furnace material, and by making F311 cypress a closed type, it can be placed in a low location, in a water tank in a high place, or in a far location. It is designed to easily send water to garden ponds, etc.

An impeller 5 for stirring the furnace material and a water collection pit 6 are provided at the bottom of the closed tank l, and the water 411 is placed in the water collection pit 6.
The raw water inflow pipe 7 from 4 is connected. To explain the water collection nozzle 3 in more detail, 8 is a screen having many slits, and has a 72-inch flange 9 on its back plate, and this flange 9 is located around the opening at the top of the closed tank 1. The water tank 4 is connected to the hem pipe 13 via the sinterable pipe 12,
When removed from the closed tank 5, it can be freely handled for 14M while being supported by the combustible tube 13. Although not shown, a check valve is provided in the pipe line 14 behind the screen 8.
At the start of filtration 2 and after cleaning the furnace materials, the air in the closed tank 1 is discharged 3 and supplied. Reference numeral 15 indicates an insect screen. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 16 indicates a pump for feeding raw water, 17 indicates a raw water inlet valve, 18 indicates a drain valve, 19 indicates a manual valve, and 20 indicates a check valve.

The device according to the invention is constructed as described above, and
Open the manual valve 19 and the raw water inflow valve 17, and turn on the pump 16.
When the water from the water tank 4 is fed into the closed tank 1, the flotation furnace material 2 in the closed tank 1 is pushed up to a compressed state by the feed pressure of the pump 16, and the water is fed into the sealed tank 1. The stock solution is
After passing through the furnace material, it passes through the water collection nozzle 3 and flows back into the water 4. In other words, in the closed tank 1, it is possible to use the pump 16's supply pressure as it is, even if it is a closed type filter, and to transfer the filtered water to a high place, or to a far place where the resistance of the pipe line is high. It is something that can be freely sent to any location. In addition, regarding the consumption of filtered water,
Although the stock solution is appropriately replenished into the water tank 4 from elsewhere, superfluous water is always ensured in the water tank 4 through the above-described operation. If the furnace material becomes clogged by continuing the filtration operation as described above, close the raw water inflow valve 17,
Stirring the raw water in the closed tank 1 by the impeller 5
Therefore, the furnace material, which has become block-shaped due to foreign matter, is decomposed and only the foreign matter settles out.

Next, by opening the drain valve 18 and draining a certain amount of water from the sealed tank 1, only heavy foreign matter is drained into the water collection pit 6.
After that, it is discharged and remains in the sealed tank 1 in a floating state of lightweight Paulownia. In other words, the cleaning of the IF material is completed with the above operation, and the drain valve 18 is then closed. The above-mentioned cleaning operation is performed using the raw water inlet valve 17, the stirring impeller 5, the drain valve 1
Of course, it can be done automatically by controlling B automatically, and the cleaning timing can also be activated by detecting the pressure inside the sealed tank 1. Also, a timer can be used to set the filtration time for a certain period of time. It is also possible that it can be activated after operation (eg 24H). As mentioned above, if one cleaning is insufficient, you can of course wash it two or more times, and also separate and discharge a portion of the filtered water immediately after cleaning to prevent the inside of the iceberg 4 from becoming polluted. Of course, it's also possible.

Next, in the same way when the furnace material becomes clogged, if the water collection nozzle 3 is operated for a long time, it will become clogged with foreign matter.
In this case, in this invention, since the water collection nozzle 3 is detachably attached to the closed tank 1, the clogging of the screen 80 can be easily removed by removing it from the closed tank 1. That is, even when the water collection nozzle 3 is removed from the closed tank 1 and cleaned, it is connected to the pipe 13 with the combustible pipe 12, so the orientation of the removed water collection nozzle 3 is changed. Since it can be handled freely, it can be cleaned extremely easily.

As described above, since the filtration device according to the present invention uses a lightweight furnace material as the furnace material, the filtration device uses a cassette-shaped furnace material 1 made of sand, filament, etc. (compared to the conventional furnace material 1, which has a much smaller amount of water 2 and It is possible to clean and regenerate using power, and while a closed tank is used as one filtration spear, it is easy to load the furnace material and the water collection nozzle, and high-pressure filtration is possible. It is also easy to maintain, and has outstanding effects that are far superior to conventional single-filter filters.
