It is well known to provide a T-thread detection device, and a number of various devices have already been proposed. These devices can be roughly divided into two types: a method that installs a phototube at the winding center of the relevant machine, and a method that uses a micro switch.

However, both of these methods have important defects. In other words, in the case of the phototube method, not only is the light source part prone to contamination due to scattering of filaments, oil, etc., causing malfunctions, but also labor is required to adjust and clean the light emitting and light receiving parts, and the detection part is expensive. The disadvantage is that the equipment cost increases due to the wiring work costs required for installation. On the other hand, in the case of the microswitch method, the lifespan of the microswitch contacts is short, the holding tension for activation is high and it must be used for fine denier yarn, and the wiring work required for installation is unnecessary. It has disadvantages such as being large.

The present invention provides a high-precision, low-cost yarn breakage detection device that can eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks of conventional two-way machines. , two low-voltage bars A-8 insulated from each other are provided between the draw roller and the winding mechanism, one of the bars A-8 is provided with a hook that is rotatably supported, and the other low-voltage bar B-8 is provided with a hook that is rotatably supported. A flat guide capable of adjusting the tension of the traveling filament is installed, and the hook is located at a distance from the low voltage bar 8 due to the tension during normal operation,
Also, when thread breakage occurs, it rotates due to its own weight and the voltage bar A-8
The gist of this is to short-circuit the threads and detect thread breakage. The apparatus of the present invention will be specifically explained below with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings. The table to which the apparatus is attached in this embodiment is a drawing/twisting machine for drawing undrawn yarn.

In a normal drawing/twisting machine, the yarn (1) is drawn as is well known, and after the draw roller (2) shown in Fig. 1, it becomes a drawn yarn.
It passes through the lappet guide (5) and the ring traveler mechanism (4) and is wound up into a sleeve inserted into the spindle/I/ (5) to become a comb (6).

A flat guide (10) for adjusting the tension of the running thread (1) is fixed to K, and the tension can be set to a predetermined value by changing the mounting position. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 6, the low voltage bar B (8) is installed at a position 30 to 60 degrees lower in the horizontal direction than the low voltage bar A (7).

In the apparatus of this embodiment, threading at the initial stage of operation is carried out with the knob (13) shown in FIG. 1 in the upward position. When the knob (16) is raised, the low voltage bar A (7) can be rotated to lock the internal fixing ring (15).
7) lifts the rotatable hook (9) to the state shown in FIG. At the same time, the inverted teeth jli (14) Fi rotate, the low voltage bar 8 (8) is turned in the opposite direction, and the flat guide (
10) to the downward position as shown in FIG. In this state, hook the yarn fi11 onto the hook (9), pass it through the flat guide (10) diagonally below it, and then hook the lappet guide (6) and ring traveler mechanism (4) in the same way as with normal threading. ) through the sleeve (not shown) K

When all the spindles are hooked, low-speed operation is started in this state, and at appropriate times, the machine is switched to high-speed operation. After confirming that the ring traveler mechanism (4) has risen and the thread (1) has started winding, lower the knob (16) and then lower the flat guide (
10) rises as shown in Fig. 6, the hook +91 comes off from the locking part (17) of the defining ring (15), and the hook (9) rises above the low voltage bar B (8) due to the winding tension, and is rotated. Becomes in a state of freedom of movement.

To explain in detail the floating state of the hook (9), the continuous operation exception is caused by the draw roller (
2) and the spinning tension (6). Therefore, by changing the position of the flat guide (1n), the tension is divided in the horizontal direction, and the hook (9) is lifted to a predetermined position and balanced with its own weight. After that, confirm that normal operation has started and connect the two low voltage bars a - a (7H81
