の欠点がある。Conventionally, polyamide resin has been generally used as a single plastic snack as a synthetic resin trapella because it has excellent heat resistance, abrasion resistance, and oil resistance. However, due to the rationalization of twisting yarns such as tire cords, belt cords, rope cords, and fishing net yarns, higher speeds and larger packages are being created, and the contact conditions between the ring and trapeller become extremely severe. Problems such as yarn breakage, yarn fuzz, or trapper scattering occur due to abnormal wear of the yarn passage section and groove-like wear of the yarn passage section, and the service life of the yarn is also extremely short.

るものである。The present invention aims to eliminate such drawbacks, and by using a composite plastic material, which is a blend of different types of plastic materials with the single plastic material used conventionally, as a Tradora molding material, it has a long life that cannot be achieved with a single plastic Trapeller. The present invention provides a polymer blend composite plastic traveler with excellent extensibility, lubricity, and wear resistance.

。It showed a very small value of 1/9.2 to 1/17.9 of f- (door). The hardness of the polymer blend composite plastics described above decreases somewhat due to blending, so inorganic fillers such as calcium silicate, T, 02, graphite, and especially metal powders such as Al, Ou, Fe1 stainless steel, zinc, tin, and copper alloys are used. By selecting powders such as lead, etc. and mixing them in an amount of 1 to 20% during polymer blending, hardness, wear resistance, electrical conductivity, and thermal conductivity can be further improved.

Even during high-speed operation, the tab 2 did not come off the ring, and the occurrence of groove-like wear due to friction with the thread in the thread passing section was particularly reduced.

That is, the added metal powder such as Sn and O and the plastic material blended with polymers are transferred to the ring surface, forming a thin film or fine particles on the ring surface, and the wear resistance and friction resistance are significantly improved. This invention has various effects such as improved results.
