Claims

(1) A device for repairing fluid leakage inside a steel pipe during fillet welding of a steel pipe and a sleeve. The ring is fixed to the steel pipe with a holding bolt, and the seal ring is provided with a seal rubber fitted in an annular manner between the seal ring and the c1 steel pipe, and the drive piston part has one end slidably connected to the seal ring and the other end held down. A piston is fixed to the ring and driven by pneumatic or hydraulic pressure, and a position adjustment bolt is provided to adjust the gap between the seal rubber and the steel pipe.
