The method for sealing the welding hole of the chemical equipment in the pressure test of the welding port of the chemical equipment is suitable for sealing the hydraulic test of the welding connection port. 3) after the end part is sealed, fastening a flange-pipe cap assembly at the outer side of the internal sealing gland, and sealing by using a winding gasket so as to realize the sealing of the internal sealing gland and the flange;
4) and finally, plugging the manhole, performing a hydraulic test according to a design blueprint and process requirements, dismantling one by one and clearly marking after the test is qualified, and facilitating subsequent reutilization.

3) after the end part is sealed, because the size of a sealing surface on the upper surface of the inner sealing gland, the diameter of a peripheral bolt connecting hole distribution circle and the hole size are the same as those of a standard flange, a flange-pipe cap assembly is fastened on the outer side of the sealing gland, and the inner sealing gland 4 and the flange are sealed by using a winding pad 9;
4) and finally, plugging the manhole, performing a hydraulic test according to a design blueprint and process requirements, dismantling one by one and clearly marking after the test is qualified, and facilitating subsequent reutilization.

A sealing tool for pressure test of a welding port of chemical equipment is characterized by comprising a cylinder inner supporting piece (1), an inner sealing gland (4), a flange (6) and a pipe cap (7), the cylinder inner supporting piece (1) is connected with the inner sealing gland (4) through a plurality of inner fastening double-end studs (2) and inner fastening nuts (8), the flange (6) is connected with the edge of the inner sealing gland (4) through an outer fastening stud (5) and an outer fastening nut (3), the pipe cap (7) is welded at the upper end of the flange (6), one side of the internal sealing gland (4) close to the internal support piece (1) of the cylinder body is fixedly connected with a protective cylinder (10), be provided with the sealed pad of cowhells (11) in protection section of thick bamboo (10), flange (6) and inside gland (4) junction are equipped with winding pad (9).

the method comprises the following steps of putting a cylinder internal support piece (1) into an equipment cylinder, penetrating an internal fastening stud (2) into the cylinder internal support piece (1) in the cylinder, sleeving a cowhells sealing gasket (11) and an internal sealing gland (4) at the end part of a welding port outside the cylinder, adjusting the positions of the internal sealing gland (4) and the cylinder internal support piece (1) in a loading state without pretightening force, and after the position is adjusted, uniformly fastening the internal stud fastener to enable the cowhells sealing gasket (11) to be in close contact with the internal sealing gland (4) and the end part of the welding port to realize the end part sealing of the welding port;
after the end part is sealed, fastening a flange-pipe cap assembly at the outer side of the inner sealing gland (4), and sealing by using a winding gasket (9) so as to realize the sealing of the inner sealing gland (4) and the flange (6);
and finally, plugging the manhole, performing a hydraulic test according to a design blueprint and process requirements, dismantling one by one and clearly marking after the test is qualified, and facilitating subsequent reutilization.

The pressure test sealing method for the welding port of the chemical equipment as claimed in claim 2, wherein in the step 1), the flange (6), the pipe cap (7), the internal fastening stud (2), the internal fastening nut (8), the external fastening stud (5), the external fastening nut (3) and the winding pad (9) are standard products, and the internal sealing gland (4) and the cowhells sealing pad (11) are provided with 2-4 bolt holes.
