プホイール、３は活字選択動作安定化用フリクションド
ラム、５はキャリッジ、２０は摺接圧の調整機構、２１
はトルク制御用スプリング、２２は調節ネジ、２′３は
固定部材を示す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 水平方向に移動可能なキャリッジ上に搭載された活字選
    択用モータの回転軸に、活字を設けた多数のフィンガー
    を有するタイプホイールが取り付けられ、かつ活字選択
    動作安定化用フリクションドラムが取り付けられると共
    に、該フリクションドラムに摺接する形に、トルク制御
    用スプリングが配設された活字選択機構において、上記
    フリクションドラムに対するトルク制御用スプリングの
    摺接圧を、可変調節する調節機構を設けたことを特徴と
    するシリアルプリンタの活字選択機構。
