有すると共に運転時の上部保持部を備えたものとなし、
かつ該チーズキャリャーの受支盤上に多数配分立設した
チーズ装填保持杵の各上端部に保持ピンを設け、前記本
体の上部で機台又は本体から直立した竪軸にて回動自在
に支持されてカバーを取付けたスイングアームの先端に
は流体圧シリンダーにて上下動可能に操作される中心保
持軸を華設して、その下端には前記チーズキヤリヤーの
中央支柱上端と競合し回転自在なセンターホルダーと、

央支柱上部に係合して回転自在なセンターホルダーと、
このセンターホルダーに中央部を受支されチーズキヤリ
ヤーの各チーズ装填保持体先端と係合する保持部を設け
た押え円板とを備えたことを特徴とする、チーズキヤリ
ヤーを回転体として使用する遠心脱水装置。
