Detailed Description
The present utility model will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and detailed description, wherein it is to be understood that, on the premise of no conflict, the following embodiments or technical features may be arbitrarily combined to form new embodiments.
First embodiment:
referring to fig. 1 to 5, the laundry rack of the present embodiment includes: the support structure 1, the airing rod 2 that is connected with the support structure 1 and is supported by the support structure 1. The drying bar 2 can be turned relative to the support structure 1 about a first direction such that a first drying side 21 of the drying bar 2 is located at the top of the drying bar 2 or such that a second drying side 22 of the drying bar 2 is located at the top of the drying bar 2. The first airing side 21 is provided with a plurality of grooves 23, the plurality of grooves 23 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the airing rod 2, and the grooves 23 are used for hanging hooks of a clothes hanger.
The use mode of the airing clothes comprises the following steps: based on the fact that the first airing side 21 is provided with a plurality of grooves 23, the first airing side 21 is suitable for hanging hooks of a clothes hanger, namely when clothes are aired, the first airing side 21 needs to be rotated to the top of the airing rod 2; and when a quilt needs to be dried, the second drying side 22 needs to be rotated to the top of the drying rod 2. It should be emphasized that the second airing side 22 is not provided with a sharp groove 23 or the like, so that the quilt is not scraped, and is suitable for airing.
Obviously, be equipped with a plurality of recesses 23 based on first sunning side 21, and a plurality of recesses 23 set up along the length direction interval of pole 2 that dries in air, so, recess 23 holding clothes hanger that dries in air, not only can keep the interval between the adjacent clothes hanger, but also importantly, it can realize the windproof function that the clothes hanger that dries in air was propped (i.e. the clothes hanger that overlaps in the clothing is difficult for being blown away or blows off). In addition, the first airing side 21 has a groove 23, i.e. a sharp or thin edge structure (the wall thickness of each part of the airing rod 2 is not too thick in consideration of cost), which is not suitable for airing a quilt because the quilt is easy to scratch, and the second airing side 22 can be easily switched to the top of the airing rod 2 because the airing rod 2 can rotate around the first direction, and then the quilt can be supported by the second airing side 22. Therefore, the clothes hanger is not only suitable for being used for hanging clothes to be dried, but also suitable for being used for airing cups. Moreover, the airing rod 2 is structurally designed to rotate around the first direction relative to the supporting structure 1, so that the process of rotating the airing rod 2 is convenient and labor-saving. And, based on the interception that the groove 23 structure is not provided with a fixed structure (namely, different from the limitation of the top wall of the hanging hole), the process of hanging and taking down the clothes hanger is simpler and more convenient.
In the present embodiment, preferably, the first direction is a direction of rotation around a horizontal line; that is, the airing bar 2 is horizontally and can rotate about its own axis, so that the first airing side 21 is rotated to the top of the airing bar 2 (which is suitable for airing a clothes hanger at this time), or the second airing side 22 is rotated to the top of the airing bar 2 (which is suitable for directly airing a quilt at this time). But as an alternative my setup: defining a non-zero angular setting (preferably between 0 deg. -30 deg.) of the tilting line with respect to the horizontal line, the first direction being the direction of rotation about the tilting line. That is, the airing rod 2 does not necessarily need to be placed completely horizontally, i.e. it is allowed to be inclined at a certain angle with respect to the horizontal, which has the advantage that the length of the airing rod 2 is extended as much as possible within the same width range, so that more grooves 23 can be provided, thereby enabling more airing rods to be hung on the airing rod 2; however, this arrangement is not beneficial to maintaining balance of the quilt, so that the inclination angle of the airing rod 2 needs to be reasonably designed and is not too large.
In this embodiment, the support structure 1 preferably includes a support base 11 and a hanging wire 12, wherein the hanging wire 12 is connected to the support base 11 (preferably, fixedly connected, but also can be knotted on the hanging wire 12 to perform limiting, etc.), and is used for hanging the support base 11 in a suspended state. The airing rod 2 is connected with the supporting seat 11, is supported by the supporting seat 11, and can rotate around a first direction relative to the supporting seat 11. In this way, the airing rod 2 can be hung on top of the balcony so that the dried laundry is in a clear position. Similarly, the airing rod 2 is also suitable for the balcony. At this time, based on the fact that the airing rod 2 is located in a high-altitude position, the wind speed and the wind force of the position where the airing rod 2 is located are larger, so that the necessity of the windproof function of the airing support is reflected, that is, the groove 23 is formed in the first airing side 21, and the use scene of the airing rod 2 is wider. Alternatively, the support structure 1 may be provided as a foot bar (in this case a floor-standing laundry rack), in particular a telescopic foot bar; alternatively, the support structure 1 can be provided as a fixed plate, which is fastened directly to the wall or the like.
In this embodiment, more preferably, the support base 11 is provided with a mounting hole 111, and the airing rod 2 is rotatably inserted into the mounting hole 111. By the arrangement, the connection stability between the airing rod 2 and the supporting seat 11 is improved, and the airing rod 2 is easier and more convenient to rotate relative to the mounting hole 111. As an alternative arrangement, the end of the airing rod 2 may be provided with a jack, and the support seat 11 may be provided with a plug, where the plug and the jack are movably plugged, so that the jack can rotate relative to the plug.
The shape of the mounting hole 111 is not necessarily limited. In this embodiment, two setting modes are exemplified:
setting mode one: preferably, the mounting hole 111 is a circular hole, the portion of the airing rod 2 corresponding to the mounting hole 111 is provided with an arc-shaped supported surface 521 (the sample view can refer to fig. 9 of the second embodiment, obviously, in this embodiment, the outer surface of the airing rod 2 is a cylindrical surface, and the arc-shaped supported surface 521 is covered by default and is directly sleeved with the mounting hole 111), and the arc-shaped supported surface 521 is matched with the circular hole. In this way, the mounting hole 111 is abutted with the airing rod 2 through the arc surface, and when the first airing side 21 or the second airing side 22 is required to be adjusted to be positioned at the top of the airing rod 2, the airing rod 2 can be directly rotated, so that the operation is simpler and more convenient.
Setting mode II: preferably, the mounting hole 111 is a non-circular hole (not shown in the figure), and the cross-section outline of the portion of the airing rod 2 corresponding to the mounting hole 111 can rotate in the mounting hole 111 relative to the mounting hole 111. That is, although the mounting hole 111 is a non-circular hole, such as a rectangular hole, an oval hole, a shaped hole, etc., the cross-sectional outer contour dimension based on the portion of the airing rod 2 corresponding to the mounting hole 111 is smaller relative to the outer contour dimension of the mounting hole 111, so that the latter does not interfere with the rotation of the former, i.e. does not affect the direct rotation of the airing rod 2 relative to the mounting hole 111. The advantage of this arrangement is that the part of the airing rod 2 corresponding to the mounting hole 111 is designed into a special shape, such as a triangle structure or other polygonal structures, etc., as long as the positioning surface is provided, at this time, the inner bottom wall of the mounting hole 111 can be set into a planar structure, so that the two are in planar contact, that is, the airing rod 2 rotates in the circumferential direction to have an accurate angle positioning function, that is, after the two are in planar contact, either the first airing side 21 is located at the top of the airing rod 2 or the second airing side 22 is located at the top of the airing rod 2, thereby improving the adjusting efficiency and accuracy of the airing rod 2.
In the present embodiment, preferably, the support 11 is connected with a locking structure 3, and the locking structure 3 can lock the airing rod 2 on the support 11 in a circumferential stopping manner. The setting like this, after the pole 2 is locked by circumference, it can't rotate by oneself to avoid the pole 2 to take place the phenomenon of automatic rotation by the influence of wind-force. However, the relative rotation phenomenon caused by non-manpower can be prevented by the friction damping force between the airing rod 2 and the supporting seat 11, even if the braking effect is poor. In this embodiment, the locking structure 3 is preferably a threaded knob. At this time, the screw knob can perform not only circumferential braking on the airing rod 2 but also axial braking to prevent relative play between the support seat 11 and the airing rod 2 due to the influence of wind force. As an alternative arrangement of the screw knob, it may be braked by a magnetic attraction structure, for example, one of the support seat 11 and the airing rod 2 is provided with a first magnet, and the other is provided with a second magnet or a magnet (such as an iron sheet) and so on.
In this embodiment, preferably, there are a plurality of supporting seats 11, and each supporting seat 11 is connected with at least one hanging wire 12; the airing rod 2 is connected with at least two supporting seats 11. The hanging wire 12 can be connected to both ends of the airing rod 2, so that the airing rod 2 is more stable. And as an alternative arrangement mode, the hinge seat is pivoted at one end of the airing rod 2, and the hinge seat is hinged with the wall body, so that the airing rod 2 can rotate relative to the hinge seat and swing relative to the wall body, and only one supporting seat 11 and one hanging wire 12 are needed at the moment, even if the airing rod 2 is supported in various ways, the description is omitted here.
In this embodiment, the airing bar 2 is preferably a straight bar. And as an alternative arrangement: the airing rod 2 is a wave rod, and the grooves 23 and the wave crests of the wave rod are distributed in a staggered manner along the circumferential direction of the wave rod. So arranged, when the groove 23 (i.e. the first drying side 21) is located at the top of the drying bar 2, the peak is located at the horizontal side or bottom of the wave bar, etc. The advantage of setting like this is that when needs sunning quilt, second sunning side 22 is located the top of sunning pole 2, is the wave pole based on sunning pole 2, therefore the crest of sunning pole 2 can prop up the quilt to the medial surface that makes the quilt can not paste together, in order to enlarge the three-dimensional space of circulation of air, make the sun-drying effect of quilt better.
In this embodiment, the second airing side 22 is preferably a long linear surface structure, or the second airing side 22 is preferably a long wavy surface structure. That is, as long as the second airing side 22 does not have a sharp or acute angle, it is ensured that the quilt is not scratched.
In this embodiment, the first and second drying sides 21, 22 are preferably located on opposite sides of the drying bar 2, respectively. At this time, when the first airing side 21 is located at the top of the airing bar 2, the second airing side 22 is located at the bottom of the airing bar 2. Conversely, when the first airing side 21 is located at the bottom of the airing bar 2, the second airing side 22 is located at the top of the airing bar 2. By the arrangement, when the quilt is aired, the first airing side 21 can be better ensured not to be scratched or broken. As an alternative, the first and second drying sides 21, 22 need only be arranged at intervals along the circumference of the drying bar 2, without requiring exactly 180 ° intervals between the two around the circumference of the drying bar 2.
In the present embodiment, it is preferable that the hanger wire 12 is connected to the rope pay-off controller 4 in order to facilitate lowering of the hanger wire 2, because the hanger wire 2 is particularly suitable for use in a balcony or a ceiling, the rope pay-off controller 4 can release the hanger wire 12 to lower the hanger wire 2, and can tighten the hanger wire 12 to raise the hanger wire 2. In particular, the rope winding and unwinding controller 4 is preferably a manual operation series, and only a hand wheel is required in this case, and the modifications thereof are not necessarily listed. Therefore, the cost is low, and the operation mode is reliable. Of course, as an alternative arrangement, the fixation of the hanging wire 12 may also be achieved by means of binding. The hanging wire 12 may be a hanging rope, a steel wire rope, a chain, or the like. Alternatively, the rope reel controller 4 may employ an electric series.
In this embodiment, preferably, the airing rod 2 is provided with a plurality of protruding structures 24, and the grooves 23 are formed by two adjacent protruding structures 24 at intervals. (whereas in the second and third embodiments, if two adjacent bump structures 24 are brought close together, the other groove 23 between them is buried to cancel it; and each bump structure 24 is independently provided with a groove 23, respectively). Thus, in the first embodiment, this has the advantage of reducing the design and processing difficulty of the projection structure 24, i.e., the difficulty of forming the recess 23.
In this embodiment, preferably, the supporting seat 11 is provided with an avoidance groove 112, the avoidance groove 112 is communicated with the mounting hole 111, and the mounting hole 111 is of a through hole structure; the avoidance groove 112 is used for avoiding the protruding structure 24, so that the airing rod 2 can be inserted into the mounting hole 111 along the axial direction of the mounting hole 111. The advantage of setting up like this lies in, is essentially cup jointing the installation relation between supporting seat 11 and the pole 2 for the installation stability of pole 2 is higher, and is difficult for droing each other between supporting seat 11 and the pole 2. Moreover, at this time, the relative axial positioning between the supporting seat 11 and the airing rod 2 can be performed, so that the airing hanger reserves an improvement foundation for subsequent optimization.
Preferably, in order to avoid dropping the airing rod 2, both ends of the airing rod 2 are connected with axial travel limiting structures 13, and the axial travel limiting structures 13 are used for limiting the supporting seat 11 to slide out along the end of the airing rod 2.
Second embodiment:
referring to fig. 6 to 9, the second embodiment of the present utility model includes a first embodiment, which is different from the first embodiment in that:
in this embodiment, the rotation sleeve 5 is preferably connected to the airing rod 2 in a circumferentially locked manner (for example, by a circumferentially locked connection with a non-circular hole structure), and the arc-shaped supported surface 521 (see fig. 9) is provided on the rotation sleeve 5. In this way, the rotating sleeve 5 is the same as the friction sleeve, and can be replaced after being damaged, so that the service life of the clothes hanger is prolonged. More importantly, by adopting a mode of sliding contact of the circumferential surface, the rotary sleeve 5 is matched with the mounting hole 111 of the supporting seat 11 more tightly and flexibly, so that the rotary smoothness of the airing rod 2 is improved; and the two are not easy to relatively move even being influenced by natural wind, so that noise is reduced.
In this embodiment, the rotating sleeve 5 is preferably connected with the supporting seat 11 in an axial stopping manner so as to prevent the airing rod 2 from falling off. Alternatively, in this embodiment, preferably, the rotating sleeve 5 includes a connecting ring 51 and two limiting rings 52 respectively connected to opposite ends of the connecting ring 51, the connecting ring 51 is located in the mounting hole 111, and the supporting seat 11 is axially abutted with the two limiting rings 52 respectively, so that a receiving groove 53 is formed between the two limiting rings 52. The arrangement is that the axial movement phenomenon is difficult to occur between the rotating sleeve 5 and the supporting seat 11, so that the pin joint relationship between the airing rod 2 and the supporting seat 11 can be ensured to be more stable and not easy to separate. Furthermore, the receiving groove 53 may be inserted with a screw knob (i.e., the locking structure 3) to completely fix the rotation sleeve 5.
In this embodiment, preferably, the rotating sleeve 5 is formed by assembling a plurality of assembling blocks, and the inner hole 54 on the rotating sleeve 5 for sleeving the airing rod 2 is formed by enclosing a plurality of assembling blocks. It is obvious from fig. 9 that the rotating sleeve 5 is composed of an upper seat and a lower seat in a clamping manner, and the advantage of this arrangement is that, referring to fig. 7, the rotating sleeve 5 can be finally installed, and the installation position thereof can be installed according to the requirement, namely, the requirement of the installation sequence is not required to be considered.
In this embodiment, it is preferable that the airing rod 2 is provided with a plurality of protruding structures 24, the protruding structures 24 comprise at least two connection blocks 241 arranged opposite to each other, and a groove 23 is formed between the two connection blocks 241 belonging to the same protruding structure 24. The arrangement is that each protruding structure 24 is provided with one groove 23, and the arrangement has the advantages that each protruding structure 24 can control the opening and closing of the corresponding groove 23, namely, the grooves 23 of the protruding structures 24 can be specially designed, so that the clothes hanger has wind-proof capacity, and the use safety and convenience of the clothes hanger are improved.
In the present embodiment, it is preferable that part or all of the adjacent two of the projection structures 24 are disposed at a distance from each other to form the other recess 23. It will be appreciated that this arrangement further expands the airing capacity of the airing bar 2. Alternatively, if two adjacent raised structures 24 are brought close together, the other recess 23 between them is buried and eliminated.
In this embodiment, at least one of the connection blocks 241 of the protruding structure 24 is preferably hinged to the airing bar 2, so that one of the connection blocks 241 of the protruding structure 24 can swing with respect to the other connection block 241, thereby closing the recess 23 of the protruding structure 24. Preferably, part or all of the protruding structures 24 are hinged (preferably pivotally, for example by means of a pivot axis 242) to the airing bar 2 by means of two connecting blocks 241. Thus, when the clothes hanger is hung on the groove 23, the rotatable connecting block 241 is pressed and driven to swing (namely, swing relative to the clothes hanger 2) so as to seal the groove 23, and thus, the hooks of the clothes hanger are wrapped and are not easy to blow off. When the clothes hanger is manually taken down, the connecting block 241 can be opened by moving the clothes hanger upwards, namely the groove 23 is opened, and the clothes hanger is taken down by following the situation, so that the clothes hanger is quite simple and convenient to use. Here, the swinging of the connection block 241 at this time may be controlled manually, but is relatively cumbersome to use, so it is preferable that, in this embodiment, the connection block 241 hinged to the airing rod 2 in the protrusion structure 24 has a hanger support portion 2411, and the hanger support portion 2411 is used for supporting the hanger of the hanger so that the connection block 241 can swing by the gravity of the hanger. Obviously, when the hanger of the clothes hanger is hung on the clothes hanger supporting part 2411, the gravity of the clothes hanger is utilized to drive the connecting block 241 to swing, so that the groove 23 is closed, and the use is more convenient.
In this embodiment, the connection block 241 hinged to the airing rod 2 in the protruding structure 24 preferably has an airing support covering portion 2412, and the airing support covering portion 2412 is used for limiting hooks of the airing support in the groove 23 so as to prevent the airing support from moving upwards. It will be appreciated that this arrangement only requires the projection arrangement 24 itself to be able to fulfil the limit requirements for the hanging of the clothes hanger. As an alternative arrangement, the clothes hanger cover portion 2412 may be disposed on the drying rod 2, and after the connection block 241 swings relative to the drying rod 2, the clothes hanger cover portion 2412 and the connection block 241 together close the recess 23. Obviously, the arrangement mode of the embodiment saves more cost and also makes the structure simpler.
In the present embodiment, preferably, referring to fig. 8 and 9, the support base 11 includes an upper case 113 formed separately from each other, a lower case 114 connected to the upper case 113, and the mounting hole 111 is formed by surrounding the upper case 113 and the lower case 114 together. In this way, when assembling, the assembly of the airing rod 2 and the raised structure 24 can be completed firstly, then the supporting seat 11 is assembled on the airing rod 2 according to the position requirements of the hanging wire 12 and the supporting seat 11, namely, the structure considers the sequence problem during the installation, so that the rigid requirement of the installation sequence is lower, and the user experience effect is improved.
Third is the example:
referring to fig. 10 to 13, the third embodiment of the present utility model includes a second embodiment, which is different from the second embodiment in that: preferably, the support seat 11 is an integrally formed structure. By the arrangement, the structural complexity of the supporting seat 11 is reduced, and the production cost is reduced due to one-time mold opening and forming. More importantly, the airing rod 2 is connected with a rotating sleeve 5 in a circumferential stopping manner, the outer wall of the rotating sleeve 5 is recessed from outside to inside along the radial direction of the rotating sleeve to form a containing groove 53, and the containing groove 53 extends around the circumference of the rotating sleeve 5; the support seat 11 is connected with a threaded knob (i.e. the preferred structure of the locking structure 3) which can be inserted into the housing 53 to radially and axially stop the rotating sleeve 5. At this time, in order to facilitate direct sleeving between the rotating sleeve 5 and the mounting hole 111 of the supporting seat 11, the axial direction may easily move relatively after the two are spliced, so that the rotating sleeve 5 and the airing rod 2 can be axially limited (corresponding to axial locking) by matching the threaded knob with the accommodating groove 53, and the rotating sleeve 5 and the airing rod 2 can be circumferentially locked, so that the two-purpose airing rod can be used as one object.
The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present utility model, and the scope of the present utility model is not limited thereto, but any insubstantial changes and substitutions made by those skilled in the art on the basis of the present utility model are intended to be within the scope of the present utility model as claimed.
