    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 進水すべき船舶の船尾においてプロペラを持たずに海側
    へ突出したプロペラ軸の先端に、同プロペラ軸と交叉す
    るように仮設された抵抗板をそなえるとともに、同抵抗
    板の海側の面に渦流発生部材が設けられたことを特徴と
    する、船舶の進水速力制動装置。
