In recent years, instead of the method of attaching a light bulb to a fixture having two reflectors, a light bulb with a reflector, in which a reflector is attached to a light bulb, has become popular for use in store lighting, etc. Furthermore, there is an increasing demand for making the nine-reflector as small as possible. Conventional light bulbs have low heat resistance and cannot be miniaturized, which limits the miniaturization of the reflector. Therefore, recently, non-rogen light bulbs, which have good heat resistance, have been used as an alternative to conventional light bulbs.

However, in order to increase the efficiency of the 9-reflector, a coiled filament is arranged along the long axis of the bulb, but if the reflector is composed of a single surface, a shadow of the coiled spiral of the filament will appear on the irradiated surface. This was a practical problem.

Further, FIG. 3 shows a second embodiment of the present invention, which is the same as FIG. 1 except for the non-volatile light bulb (1), so a description thereof will be omitted. In Figure 3, (9) is a visible light-transmissive infrared reflective film formed by alternately layering 5 to 7 layers of a metal oxide with a low refractive index such as silica and a metal oxide with a high refractive index such as titanium oxide. It is formed on almost the entire surface of the bulb (2) except for the sealing part (4).

In this case, the infrared rays emitted from the filament (4) can be returned to the filament (4) again by the visible light transmitting infrared reflecting film (9) formed over almost the entire surface of the pulp (2), improving efficiency. Many reflective surfaces (6)
, . . . , the spiral shadow of the coiled filament (4) does not appear, and a good light distribution pattern can be obtained.

Furthermore, Fig. 4 shows a change in the formation location of the visible light transmitting infrared reflecting film (9) of the halogen bulb (1) in Fig. 3, and this one has only the side surface along the long axis of the bulb as shown in Fig. 3. A similar infrared reflecting mirror a1 was formed.

この場合も第2実施例のものとほぼ同様の効果があった
In this case as well, almost the same effect as in the second embodiment was obtained.

Note that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above; for example, the many reflective surfaces formed on the reflecting mirror may be divided into 4 to 6 parts in the axial direction, 9 and 16 to 20 parts in the circumferential direction. If the number of divisions is small, the spiral shadow of the coil will be seen on the irradiated surface, just like a single surface, and conversely, if the number of divisions is large, the connection angle of each reflective surface will become smaller, shortening the life of the mold used to form the reflecting mirror. Reflectors are expensive.

Further, the single reflecting mirror is not limited to aluminum, and may be made of other metals, glass, or ceramics, as long as a reflective layer is formed on its surface.

Furthermore, the visible light transmitting infrared reflective film formed on the pulp surface of halogen light bulbs is not limited to the layered layer of alternating low-refractive index materials and high-refractive index materials; It may be sandwiched between thin films of materials or coated with tin oxide, indium oxide, or the like using a vacuum evaporation method. Further, the reflective film 7 is not limited to the outer surface of the pulp, but may be formed on the inner surface or both the inner and outer surfaces.

Since the halogen light bulb with a reflector of the present invention is composed of a plurality of reflecting surfaces divided into two reflecting mirrors in the axial direction and the circumferential direction, the connection angle of each surface is twice that of one that is simply divided into multiple surfaces. Since the large and axially divided portions are arranged alternately in 1/2 in the circumferential direction, a good light distribution pattern with no unevenness can be obtained. The shape of the reflective surface changes less due to settling, and the mold life is maintained. This value is equivalent to that of a sealed beam type floodlight bulb (beam lamp) 100V75W, and approximately 25% power saving is achieved. The temperature rise on the irradiated surface was also suppressed to about 2°C, compared to 6 to 9°C for a 75W light bulb.
