ドのバイアス電流とPINダイオード減衰器の減衰量の
関係を示す。第4図はこの考案の一実施例による減衰器
の構成を示すブロック図である。第5図はこの考案の減
衰器の動作原理を説明する図である。
図において10は電力分割用のハイブリッド・ジャンク
ション、11は従来のPINダイオード減衰器、12は
移相器、13は電力合成用のハイブリッド・ジャンクシ
ョンである。なお、図中、同−符号轄同一、または相当
