周波的に導通させる第１の切換口−路、副入力端子と前
記主出力端子の間に介挿され副切換端子へのスイッチン
グ電圧により副入力端子と主出力端子間を高周波的に導
通させる第２の切換回路、副出力端子、と前記主入力端
子の間に介挿され前記副切換端子へのスイッチング電圧
により副出力端子と主入力端子間を高周波的に導通させ
る第３の切換回路、前記主入力端子、前記副入力端子及
び前記副出力端子のそれぞれに結合さ、れる第１、第２
及び第３のインピーダンス素子、及び前記主出力端子に
結合され前記第１及び第２の切換回路の出力側に挿入さ
れた第１及び第２のスイッチングダイオードとインピー
ダンス素子の直列回路を具備し、前記直列回路のスイッ
