ンプ、交流電動機駆動ターニング油ポンプ、直流電動機
駆動非常用油ポンプ、油冷却器および油タンクから成る
タービン潤滑油装置において、主油ポンプを低吐出圧形
とし、主油ポンプの吸込油を押込油ポンプにて連続供給
し交流電源喪失時のタービン停止過程時に於ける押込油
ポンプ停止による主油ポンプ吸込油確保のため、主油ポ
ンプ吐出側油管と吸込側油管に2つのオリフィス付バイ
パスを設け、1つは主油ポンプ吐出側逆止弁と油ポンプ
間に設け、主油ポンプ吐出油量の53.〜lO%程度の
バイパス流量とし、他の1つは主油ポンプ逆止弁以降に
設は主油ポンプの軸シールリーク量だけ供給出来る流量
とし、押込油ポンプ停止時主油ポンプ吐出油は急激に低
下し非常用油ポンプが起動したとき主油ポンプの吐出側
逆止弁は閉じ、主油ポンプ吐出油は逆止弁と主油ポンプ
間に設けられたオリフィス付バイパスを通り吸込側にバ
イパスして閉ループを構成しポンプ吐出側と吸込側を循
環させ、又、この閉ループに・於いて主油ポンプの軸シ
ール油を補充するバイパスを設けたことにより押込油ポ
ンプ停止によっても主油ポンプを保護し、タービンを安
全に停止する回路を有するタービン潤滑装置。
