Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a decorative article simply with a pattern section relieved building up by applying a high frequency voltage to an upper electrode having a blade formed to swell a pattern forming section of a decoration blank while a peripheral excess section is fused down. 方法に関するものであり、表面に模様若しくは文字を有
し且つ当該模様部若しくは文字部を盛り上げ状に滓出さ
せ他の部を凹陥させると共に全表面が透明な合成樹脂シ
ート若しくはフィルムによって被われた美麗にして丈夫
な飾り体を簡単な方法によって製造することを目的とす
るものであって、透明の熱可塑性合成樹脂シート若しく
はフィルムに裏面に模様若しくは文字形成部をノ単数若
しくは複数色の色透明とし他の部分を不透明とした印刷
を施し、次いでこの各透明の模様若しくは文字形成部の
裏面に着色した合成樹脂を主材とするインキ若しくは塗
料を以て盛上り状の印刷若しくは塗布を行いその裏面に
熱可塑性合成樹脂シート若しくはフィルムを重合して飾
り素体を構成したのちこの飾り素体に於て模様若しくは
文字形成部の上辺に位置する個所を凹陥させ模様及び文
字の非形成部の上辺に位置する個所に押圧部を、また飾
り素体の周辺部の上辺に位置する個所に刃部を形成した
上部電極を以て同飾り素体;二高周波電圧を印加し、そ
の模様若しくは文字形成部を上方に向って膨出させると
共に模様及び文字の非形成部を凹陥部4せ且つ刃部を以
て飾り素体の周辺余剰部を溶断することを要旨とするも
のである。

に位置する個所に押圧部を、また飾り素体の周辺部の上

同飾り素体に高周波電圧を印加し、その模様若しくは文
字形成部を上方に向って膨出させると共に模様及び文字
