) is rewound to a predetermined position, for example, to the top of the tape, and then this VTR is put into a recording state, and the signal obtained at the recording signal output terminal aυ of FIG. 3, which will be described below, is recorded in the data recording section (1a) of the video tape ill. That is, in FIG. 3, +1 circuit a2 adds a digital signal corresponding to 11 decimal numbers to the output signal of the 16-bit latch circuit (8).
The signal is supplied to the 16-bit shift register αy via the 16-bit shift register αy. In Fig. 3, the circle indicates a synchronization signal generation circuit that generates vertical and horizontal synchronization signals of the video signal, and the composite synchronization signal obtained at the composite synchronization signal output terminal (14a) on the side of this synchronization signal generation circuit is added. circuit (supplied to one input terminal of 19,
Also, the vertical synchronizing signal output terminal (1
4V) is supplied to the data gate pulse signal generation circuit ue to obtain a data gate pulse signal for the vertical blanking period synchronized with the vertical synchronization signal. A data 15' signal is supplied to bit shift register 0. Also, the horizontal synchronizing signal output terminal of this synchronizing signal generating circuit I (
The horizontal synchronization signal obtained in step 14H) is supplied as a synchronization signal to the data clock signal oscillation circuit a7), so that the data clock signal oscillation circuit an is oscillated in synchronization with the horizontal synchronization signal. 16-bit shift register (parallel-to-serial conversion circuit U that converts the output signal from parallel signal to serial signal) The serial signal obtained in the adder circuit 1!1 is passed through the data signal gate circuit al.
9 to the other input terminal. In this case, the data signal gate circuit (I) is controlled by a data gate pulse signal from data gate pulse signal generating circuit 4.

After the recording of the number of reproductions is completed, the recording state of the VTR is canceled, and the VTR enters the reproduction state to play back the program signal. This program signal is then displayed on a projector.
