  1. 生物膜付着媒体を浮遊させ、高ＭＬＶＳＳに保持された
    曝気槽と、この曝気槽内の上記媒体を含む曝気混合液を
    固液分離する機械的固液分離装置と、この固液分離装置
    で分離された上記生物膜付着媒体を上記曝気槽へ返送す
    る返送手段と、上記固液分離装置で分離された分離液を
    凝集沈殿させる凝集沈殿分離槽とを備えた汚水処理装置
    。
