Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本案は移動方向ａと交差し選別間隔ｔを介して並列する
横杆２の上部に果実供給コンベヤ３を配設し、同コンベ
ヤ３の終端部に果実供給揺動傾斜板４の上端部を軸支し
、かつ同傾斜板４の下端部を上記横杆２，２間に挿入し
横杆２に係合させてなる選果機に関するものである。
尚図中６で示すものは横杆２の両端を接続する間隔保持
発条、７は横杆２を移動方向ａに送出する歯車で歯車７
，７間の横杆２の本数により選別間隔ｔが決定される。
又８は上記歯車７，７の下方に設けた受取容器である。
従って駆動歯車９を始動し横杆２を矢印ａ方向に移動さ
せ、供給コンベヤ３に未選別苺５を供給すると、未選別
苺５は同コンベヤ３の終端部から上記傾斜板４に乗せら
れ同板４上を下降する。
この傾斜板４はその下端部が横杆２に当接しその矢印ａ
方向移動によって遊支軸１０を中心に若干上昇し同横杆
２の通過によって次の横杆２に当接するまで下降回動し
その動作を繰返して揺動する。
この傾斜板４上の苺５の姿勢が縦向であって萼部５′が
上であると第３図矢印ｂ方向に回動して重心が下り横向
に変向し横向状態で横杆２，２上に乗せられ或は間隔ｔ
から落下する。
苺５等のように萼部５′が大で先端部５″が小さくかつ
長さの長い果実のサイズ選別に際し、従来、苺５の長手
方向が横杆２の移動方向ａに一致し、苺５の萼部５′と
先端部５″とが横杆２，２に架橋し間隔ｔから落下すべ
き苺５か゛落下することなく同横杆２，２に支持されて
矢印ａ方向に移動し選別精度を低下させる欠陥があった
。
本案は上述のように構威したので供給コンベヤ３の終端
部から揺動傾斜板４上に移行した果実は同板４の傾斜面
に沿って下方に滑動する間に同板４が遊支軸１０を中心
に昇降揺動し同果実は重心側の萼部５′が重いため縦向
から横向えと矢印ｂ方向に変向しその状態のまま横杆２
，２の間隔ｔ間に入り臀部５′の径部が選別される。
又果実の長さ方向が横杆２の移動方向即ち矢印ａ方向に
一致した状態で移動横杆２，２上に供給された場合でも
傾斜板４の下端部による昇降動作即ち揺動によって同果
実の変向移動を容易に行い得て、同果実の長さ方向と上
記矢印ａ方向との一致を防止し、同果実の萼部５′と先
端部５″が横杆２，２に架橋するおそれが少く苺５等の
長さの長い果実のサイズ選別における選別精度を著しく
向上し得る実益がある。

  1. （１）移動方向ａと交差し選別間隔ｔを介して並列する
    横杆２の上部に果実供給コンベヤ３を配設し、同コンベ
    ヤ３の終端部に果実供給揺動傾斜板４の上端部を軸支し
    、かつ傾斜板４の下端部を上記横杆２，２間に挿入し横
    杆２に係合させてなる選果機。
  2. （２）果実が苺５である実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１
    ）項記載の選果機。
