トプローブを使用した場合の波形図である。図中１は一次巻線、２はリング状の磁路、３はホール検
出器、４はバイアス回路、５は信−号増幅器、６は出力
端子、７は入力端子、８は信号線路、１２は帰還増幅器
、１３は負荷抵抗器、１４は二次巻線、１５はカレント
シャントである。なお、図中同一あるいは相当部分には

Claims

A current probe that measures the waveform of a current flowing in an electric wire includes a primary winding through which the current to be measured flows, a ring-shaped magnetic path that intersects with the secondary winding, and a magnetic field located in the gap between the ring-shaped magnetic path.
